Amazing tuner! Thanks for presenting most of the schematic, less the world's most sophisticated (Japan only? range) FM front-end. I was fortunate to work vacations in the mid 70's in NJ at an Authorized Pioneer dealer in their repair shop - and purchased the top Receiver of the time SX-1010, which also has 2 RF stages and 5 gang tuning, for $470 as an employee.
